I will take your calls if I'm in, call back promptly if I'm not, and answer your email as quickly as we can. ​ I understand that you expect straight advice about what you should or shouldn't do. I am committed to fulfilling that expectation. I will not equivocate and I will be scrupulously honest. ​ When I litigate, arbitrate, or mediate for you, I will provide candid evaluation and zealous advocacy. I will also keep you fully informed of all your legal rights. As a trial lawyer I have extensive experience in litigation, including contested divorce, criminal and personal injury cases and I aim to win.
